Within the Netherlands, your order will be delivered within 2–3 working days. Delivery to the rest of the EU takes 6–8 working days, and to countries outside the EU, 10–14 working days. If you place your order on a weekend or public holiday, the delivery time starts on the next working day.

Yes. We ship to the Netherlands, all countries in the European Union, and a number of countries outside it. You can see whether we ship to your country at checkout, after entering your address.

Netherlands: €4.95, and free for orders over €50.00.
European Union: €12.95.
Other countries: €19.95.

Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking code. You can use it to see exactly where your package is. If you haven’t received an email, check your spam folder or contact us.

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, with the tags attached.

Your package includes an A4 return form. Fill it in, put it back in the package along with the items, and send it back to Molenkade 3, Vinkeveen. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have received and inspected your return, we’ll refund the amount to the payment method you used. This takes about 10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation by email.

Yes, that’s possible within 30 days. Email us at ellugaribiza@gmail.com with your order number and the size you’d like. If that size is in stock, we’ll send it as soon as we receive your return.

Our clothing has a relaxed fit. If you prefer a more tailored fit, choose one size smaller than your usual size. Not sure? Email us at ellugaribiza@gmail.com and we’ll help you find the right size. If it still doesn’t fit, you can exchange it within 30 days.

All our clothing is made from 100% organic cotton. It’s soft, breathable and comfortable to wear. You’ll also find the fabric composition on the label inside your garment.

Wash your garment inside out at 30°C with similar colours. Do not use bleach. Air-dry it or tumble-dry on a low setting. The label on your garment contains the official care instructions.
